Michael Raneri is responsible for the vision, direction, and overall success of Venovate Holdings and its subsidiaries. With over 20 years of experience in executive positions with four leading online brokerage firms, he is uniquely qualified to lead the next generation of financial industry innovation.
Michael holds four patents for online brokerage and email technology inventions. From his experience in the early days of online stock trading at Quick & Reilly, through his work helping to create Schwab.com, to building Zecco into a national brand, he has been at the cutting edge, using the latest technology to offer disruptive financial services.
Michael has a BS in Economics and Sociology from Fairfield University.
Jerry Chafkin is EVP and Chief Investment Officer at AssetMark, a leading strategic provider of innovative investment and consulting solutions serving independent financial advisors.
Prior to joining AssetMark, he was the CEO at AlphaSimplex Group, and a member of the Executive Committee of Charles Schwab. At Schwab, Jerry headed the asset management and mutual fund divisions before serving as President of Schwab Advised Investing where he oversaw all direct advisory services for Schwab's individual investor clients. Prior to Schwab, he spent 15 years in senior management roles at Bankers Trust Company.
Jerry has a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
Theresa Fette is the founder and CEO of Provident Trust Group, a leading self-directed retirement plan administrator and alternative asset custodian. In 6 short years, she generated exponential growth for Provident, bringing the organization from $300M to over $4B in assets under custody.
Her business acumen was recognized by Fortune Magazine when they honored her as one of the most powerful women entrepreneurs of 2012. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in income and estate tax planning.
Theresa holds an LLM in Taxation from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and a JD, an MA in Accounting, and a BS in Accounting, each from the University of Arkansas.
Jason Helquist is responsible for implementing Provident’s vision of being an industry innovator and premier self-directed custodian. He has been a partner at several law firms and is licensed to practice law in both New York and Nevada.
Jason has both an MA in Economics and a JD from Syracuse University, and an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Taxation Committee of the American Bar Association.
